NEW YORK / TORONTO - Calumet, Mich. - the winner of Kraft Hockeyville™ USA 2019 - will host the Detroit Red Wings and St. Louis Blues for an NHL preseason game on Thursday, Sept. 26, Kraft Heinz, the National Hockey League (NHL®) and the National Hockey League Players' Association (NHLPA) announced today. The small town, which earned its designation as this year's most spirited hockey community in America after amassing the most votes in the online Kraft Hockeyville™ USA 2019 contest, won $150,000 in rink upgrades, $10,000 in equipment from NHLPA Goals & Dreams and the opportunity to host the NHL preseason game. NBC Sports will provide live coverage of Kraft Hockeyville USA 2019 at 7 p.m. ET on NBCSN.
