First came the Jersey jersey, then the Hat hat, and now, of course, there's the Mask mask.
The New Jersey Devils kept the gag on the team's first alternate jersey going on Wednesday when goalie MacKenzie Blackwood took the ice wearing a mask that read "Mask" on the backplate, designed with artwork from Skin FX Wraps. When the Devils unveiled their alternate jersey in November, some fans pointed out that the jersey said Jersey on it and maybe they should make other items with a similar label. So they made a Hat hat that sold out in 30 minutes and benefitted the Devils Youth Foundation. Then for the Jersey jersey's debut, Blackwood got a matching goalie Mask mask.
