The Tampa Bay Lightning defenseman is facing discipline for elbowing Buffalo Sabres defenseman Rasmus Dahlin on Monday.
The incident occurred at 17:26 of the second period during Tampa Bay's 5-2 win at Amalie Arena. No penalty was called on the play.
Dahlin left the game and did not play in the third period.
The following grounds are being considered for supplemental discipline: elbowing. However, the Department of Player Safety retains the right to make adjustments to the infraction upon review.
