Kane leads all scorers in the Stanley Cup Playoffs with 12 goals, including five in the past two games, to help give the Oilers a 3-1 lead in the best-of-7 series.
"Just happy to be a part of this group," Kane said after his hat trick in a 4-1 win in Game 3 on Sunday. "I think it's fun when you win, and you want to have that feeling last as long as you possibly can. I'm just trying to do my part to bring what I can to this team and help us be successful."
Kane had 39 points (22 goals, 17 assists) in 43 games for the Oilers in the regular season and has 15 points in 11 playoff games.
With a win Thursday, the Oilers would advance to the conference final for the first time since 2006, when they reached the Stanley Cup Final, losing in seven games to the Carolina Hurricanes.
"We're a team that is sort of growing up," Oilers captain Connor McDavid said. "You can see that by the number of kids that are around. I think it's been great. Excited for 'Kaner' and his family. He's growing his family. A lot of guys have grown their families out. And it's fun to watch."
Forward Leon Draisaitl and defenseman Darnell Nurse also were in the lineup Thursday after each did not participate in the morning skate.
Draisaitl has 22 points (seven goals, 15 assists) in 11 postseason games, including 13 (two goals, 11 assists) in the first four games against the Flames.
Nurse has two points (one goal, one assist) in 10 playoff games and is averaging 21:06 of ice time per game, most among Edmonton defensemen.
