Fitz and the Tantrums to headline NHL All-Star Friday Night concert

NEW YORK -- Neo soul/indie pop band Fitz and The Tantrums will headline the 2018 Enterprise NHL® All-Star Friday Night concert at Curtis Hixon Park on Friday, Jan. 26, to open the 2018 Honda NHL® All-Star Weekend festivities in downtown Tampa, the National Hockey League and Tampa Bay Sports Commission announced today. The two-hour concert will begin at 8 p.m., and will also feature American alt-rock band Moon Taxi. It will be hosted by Nashville Predators defenseman and 2018 NHL All-Star P.K. Subban and 93.3 FLZ's Scotty Davis. The event will be free and open to the public. No ticket will be required for entry.

Brimming with imagination, energy, and genre-smashing scope, Fitz and The Tantrums defied the odds to become an indisputable phenomenon, a chart-topping, show-stopping modern pop combo unlike any other. Moon Taxi, a five-piece band, is reaching new heights with the success of its new single, "Two High," topping more than 60 million streams on Spotify and making heavy rotation on SiriusXM. The song is the first single from its highly anticipated fifth studio album, Let The Record Play, which was released today via RCA Records.
