Members of the Calgary Flames participated marched in the Calgary Stampede's kickoff parade on Friday.
Flames forwards Michael Ferland and Matt Stajan, as well as president of hockey operations Brian Burke, rode horses and donned cowboy hats to celebrate the annual week-long event in Alberta's largest city.

Members of the Calgary Inferno (Canadian Women's Hockey League) joined the Flames representatives and brought the Clarkson Cup, which is awarded annually to the CWHL champion. The Inferno won the Cup with an 8-3 win against the Montreal Canadiennes on March 13.
