Juuse Saros and Ethan Haider combined to make 27 saves, and the Nashville Predators defeated the Florida Panthers 1-0 in the second game of a split-squad doubleheader at Bridgestone Arena.
Saros made 16 saves before being replaced by Haider, who made 11. Laurent Dauphin scored at 3:14 of the first period. Sam Montembeault made 18 saves on 19 shots for the Panthers, and Ryan Bednard made the save on all eight shots he faced in relief. Nashville was 0-for-6 on the power play. Florida went 0-for-4.
