Heritage Classic fan festival to precede game between Maple Leafs, Sabres

NEW YORK - The National Hockey League (NHL®) has announced the attractions and hockey interactives planned for the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation's (OLG) PROLINE+ NHL PreGame at the 2022 Tim Hortons NHL Heritage Classic™, the official fan festival of the March 13, 2022 outdoor game between the Buffalo Sabres and Toronto Maple Leafs in Hamilton, Ontario. Before the Sabres face the Maple Leafs at 4 p.m. ET (TNT, Sportsnet and TVA Sports) at Tim Hortons Field, home of the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, the PROLINE+ NHL PreGame will entertain fans of all ages outside Tim Hortons Field with dynamic activities from 12 p.m. until the end of the second intermission of the 2022 Tim Hortons NHL Heritage Classic™. A 2022 Tim Hortons NHL Heritage Classic™ game ticket is required for entry to the PROLINE+ NHL PreGame.

Highlighting the PROLINE+ NHL PreGame is the Stanley Cup®, which fans can take photos with from 12 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. ET.

. Fans attending the 2022 Tim Hortons NHL Heritage Classic are encouraged to take GO Transit to get to Tim Hortons Field. The West Harbour GO Station is located 2.1 miles/3.4 km from the stadium. Ticket holders can travel for free on special GO Bus shuttles between West Harbour GO and Tim Hortons Field. Pre-game shuttles will operate between 11:15 a.m. and 4 p.m. and depart post-game from Tim Hortons Field back to West Harbour GO Station, for one hour. Public parking is also available at the West Harbour GO Station and at nearby Bayfront Park. Those holding an event ticket can also access the GO Bus shuttle.
