The induction ceremonies will be held at Meridian Hall, located across the street from the Hockey Hall of Fame heritage building in Toronto.
"We are very excited about getting back on track with the tradition of celebrating excellence through the achievements of the distinguished Class of 2020 and a full slate of weekend activities in November," Hall of Fame chairman Lanny McDonald said.
"The change in venue also gives us more flexibility in terms of event logistics and enhances the induction ceremony experience for all present to honor our game's newest legends."
Marian Hossa, Jarome Iginla, Kevin Lowe, Doug Wilson and Kim St-Pierre were elected in the Players category and Ken Holland in the Builders category in June 2020 by the Hall's selection committee.
The Class of 2020's induction weekend, originally scheduled for Nov. 13-16, 2020, was postponed because of the coronavirus, which restricted the gathering of large crowds.
McDonald announced in late October that there would be no Class of 2021 elected, thus giving the 2020 inductees their traditional moment when conditions permitted.
"The magic of the induction weekend from the perspective of the new inductees is participating in several days of close interaction with family, friends, former teammates, fellow legends and fans," he said.
"On that premise, the (Hall of Fame) board felt that this was the right decision to bestow upon the Class of 2020, the recognition and lifetime experience they so richly deserve in all ways consistent with past induction classes."
In November, McDonald considered the fact that 2021 would not see a class of inductees that has been honored annually without interruption since 1958.
"Whether you wait three or four years or more, it really doesn't matter," he said. "If you're a Hall of Famer, you're going to go in at one point. Cancellation (in 2020) means that when the time is right, we'll be able to honor the people from this class the way they should be."
