The Carolina Hurricanes hosted Kids Day on Sunday at PNC Arena and all the usual fun activities were in order.

But the one thing the team can offer that no other can: A kids Storm Surge.
After the Hurricanes defeated the Tampa Bay Lightning 6-0, they lined up as they do for home wins.
But this time, before heading to center ice the parents on the team skated over to a small carpeted area at the entry to the playing surface and picked up their kids.
The best part about the entire thing may be how players, with one arm devoted to holding their child, performed a one-handed Skol Clap, using the tiny hands as the other part of the clap.
