Pulock islanders

New York Islanders defenseman Ryan Pulock will miss 4-6 weeks because of a lower-body injury.
Pulock left a 3-2 win against the Arizona Coyotes on Friday during the first period. It was his first game of the season; he had five shifts and played 3:57.

Pulock replaced defenseman Nick Leddy, who didn't play Friday because of an upper-body injury. Leddy returned to practice Saturday, and if he is unable to play against the Minnesota Wild at Barclays Center on Sunday (6 p.m. ET; FS-N, FS-WI, MSG+, NHL.TV), New York likely would recall a defenseman from Bridgeport of the American Hockey League.
In 15 regular-season games last season, Pulock had two goals and two assists. He had a goal and two assists in six Stanley Cup Playoff games.
