"Having my own cereal is a dream come true," Marchand said. "Growing up as a kid I would see different athletes with their own cereal, I just never thought it would be me one day. The fact that it is my favorite cereal makes this project event sweeter."

Proceeds from the sale of the cereals will be donated to a foundation of the player's choice. A portion of March Munch Cinnamon Crunch benefits Christopher's Haven, a Boston organization operating an affordable living community for families of children fighting cancer. Part of each Recipe 91 box sold will benefit the John Tavares Foundation, which educates kids on the importance of proper nutrition and promotes healthy lifestyle options to support physical and mental well-being.
