Quick spent his entire NHL career in the silver and black of the Los Angeles Kings before a March trade landed him in Vegas (
famously via the Columbus Blue Jackets
) where he now wears gold but still makes amazing saves.
In a game against the Edmonton Oilers, Quick found himself way, way, way out of position before recovering to make an eye-popping stick save that makes you look again just to wonder how it happened.
Quick is definitely no stranger to paddle saves (see below) but this one is a doozy. And it wasn't on some rookie either, it was on Oilers forward and NHL's second-leading scorer
