Kraken meme up general manager Francis ahead of 2021 Expansion Draft

The Seattle Kraken are a few days away from building out their roster but they are not wasting any time with the memes.

The Kraken put out a few items relating to the 2021 NHL Expansion Draft presented by Upper Deck on Wednesday (8 p.m. ET; ESPN2, SN, SN NOW).
The Kraken shared a picture of memorable scene from the TV sitcom "Parks & Recreation" featuring the notoriously prickly character Ron Swanson, only with a headshot of their GM Ron Francis pasted over Swanson [played by Nick Offerman].
In the scene, Swanson presents a permit to a park ranger that is just a piece of paper with "I can do what I want. Ron." typed on it.

Francis may not be able to do anything he wants -- there are rules to the exapansion draft after all -- but he will be
selecting an unprotected player
from every team other than the Vegas Golden Knights on Wednesday.
Teams, in particularly the Calgary Flames, are already trying to butter up the Kraken on social media in hopes they will go easy on them.

Newly-hired Kraken TV analyst J.T. Brown was on his way to Seattle and is fired up for the draft.

The Kraken even had a little fun with the fans, calling on all Twitter GMs to provide their lists.

Everyone, including the actual Seatlle Kraken, have a couple of days to finalize their decisions.
