Penguins fan gets Letang's son's autograph at 2023 NHL Awards

Like father, like son.

Pittsburgh Penguins defenseman Kris Letang is used to signing autographs, but a fan at the 2023 NHL Awards on Monday wanted an additional autograph too.

During the red carpet event before the awards show, the fan asked Alex Letang, Kris' son, to sign his jersey. Like his dad, the 10-year-old obliged.

One Penguins fan ran up to @Letang_58 and asked for his autograph.

Then a moment later, "Can I get your autograph too, Alex?"

The fan of course got both signatures, and now has a jersey more special than most.

The similarities between Kris and Alex didn't end there, as the younger Letang rocked a replica of one of his dad's custom suits.

It ended up being an even bigger night for the Letang family as Kris took home the Bill Masterson Trophy.
