Boston Bruins forward David Pastrnak, who's second in the NHL with 19 goals, is out after having an olecranon bursa removed from his right elbow. Pastrnak is expected to also miss the Bruins' home game against the New York Islanders on Tuesday but is considered day-to-day. "Well, it's never easy when you hear that kind of news for one of your better players this year, so those are challenges you have to face and get through," Bruins coach Claude Julien said. "We'll certainly do our best to get some wins here without him." The Bruins, who have won once in their past six games (1-3-2), should get defenseman Kevan Miller back in the lineup. Miller missed the 4-3 loss to the Anaheim Ducks on Thursday because of the flu.
