NEW YORK -- Washington Capitals defenseman Madison Bowey has been fined $1,890.68, the maximum allowable under the Collective Bargaining Agreement, for interference against Winnipeg Jets forward Matt Hendricks during NHL Game No. 873 in Winnipeg on Tuesday, Feb. 13, the National Hockey League's Department of Player Safety announced today.
The incident occurred at 7:09 of the second period. Bowey was assessed a minor penalty for interference.
