The 28-year-old forward had 30 points (13 goals, 17 assists) in 58 regular-season games with the Boston Bruins and New Jersey Devils last season, including three points (one goal, two assists) in 10 games after he was acquired by Boston in a trade Feb. 25.

Johansson had 11 points (four goals, seven assists) in 22 Stanley Cup Playoff games to help the Bruins advance to the Stanley Cup Final, which they lost to the St. Louis Blues in seven games.
Selected by the Washington Capitals in the first round (No. 24) of the 2009 NHL Draft, Johansson has 334 points (120 goals, 214 assists) in 588 regular-season games with the Bruins, Devils and Capitals, and has 41 points (13 goals, 28 assists) in 94 playoff games.
