The Seattle Kraken forward threw the first pitch at the Seattle Mariners game against the Toronto Blue Jays at T-Mobile Park on Sunday. "I had an awesome time throwing out the first pitch," Beniers said on the Kraken Instagram story.
The 19-year-old sported a custom Mariners jersey with "Beniers" on the nameplate and his jersey number, No. 10, on the back. Beniers didn't take on the ballpark alone. He was with Shane Wright, who the Kraken drafted with the fourth-overall pick in the 2022 NHL Draft.
