The Memorial Cup, a four-team round-robin tournament to determine the champion of the Canadian Hockey League, features the winners of the Ontario Hockey League (Hamilton Bulldogs), Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (Acadie-Bathurst Titan) and Western Hockey League (Swift Current Broncos), and the host Regina Pats of the WHL. The event is being held at Brandt Center in Regina, Saskatchewan, from May 18-27 and features several NHL-drafted prospects and some eligible for the 2018 NHL Draft.
In the fourth game of the Memorial Cup, Hamilton defeated Swift Current 2-1 on Monday.
Here are three things we learned on the fourth day:

1. Devilish prospects

Right wing Marian Studenic, selected in the fifth round (No. 143) by the New Jersey Devils in the 2017 NHL Draft, scored the tiebreaking goal at 17:59 of the third period to give Hamilton its first win in the tournament (1-1).
Studenic, who has two goals in the tournament, scored on a one-timer from a sharp angle along the right goal line.
Hamilton's 56 shots were tied for the second-most in a Memorial Cup game; Hull (QMJHL) had 56 in a 7-5 win against Portland (WHL) on May 10, 1986. Kelowna (WHL) had 64 shots in a 3-2 overtime loss to Ottawa (OHL) on May 22, 2005.
Defenseman Colby Sissons, who signed an entry-level contract with the Devils as an undrafted free agent on Oct. 3, 2016, scored his first goal of the tournament for Swift Current at 9:26 of the second period on the power play to tie it 1-1.

2. Skinner impresses

Goaltender Stuart Skinner made 54 saves for Swift Current, including 21 in the first period.
Skinner, who was selected in the third round (No. 78) by the Edmonton Oilers in the 2017 NHL Draft, was acquired by Swift Current in a trade with Lethbridge on Jan. 9. In 26 WHL playoff games, Skinner went 16-10 with a 2.20 goals-against average, .932 save percentage and six shutouts. He helped Swift Current defeat Lethbridge in six games in the Eastern Conference Final.
In 25 regular-season games with Swift Current, he went 16-6-2 with a 2.68 GAA and .914 save percentage. Skinner, who was named the Vaughn WHL Goaltender of the Month in April, signed a three-year entry-level contract with the Oilers on May 14.

3. Entwistle shines for Hamilton

Right wing Mackenzie Entwistle, selected in the third round (No. 69) by the Arizona Coyotes in the 2017 NHL Draft, scored a power-play goal and had six shots on goal for Hamilton.
Entwistle, who was Hamilton's highest-ever draft pick, had 38 points (13 goals, 25 assists) in 49 games in the regular season and 17 points (10 goals, seven assists) in 21 OHL playoff games.
Hamilton, which lost 3-2 to Regina on Friday, is 6-0 in games following a loss in the OHL playoffs and Memorial Cup. Hamilton defeated Sault Ste. Marie in the OHL championship in six games.
