NASHVILLE - Nashville Predators center Mike Fisher was joined by his wife, country music star Carrie Underwood, and 1-year-old son Isaiah, in recognition of 1,000 career games played in the NHL before the Predators played against the Los Angeles Kings at Bridgestone Arena on Monday.
Fisher, who played in his 1,000th game on March 3 in a 5-4 overtime loss against the New Jersey Devils, was presented with a silver stick, a photo collage, a commemorative crystal and a gift from his teammates during the ceremony.

Fisher spent 675 games with the Ottawa Senators before being traded to the Nashville Predators in the 2010-11 season.
After the puck was dropped, Fisher gave the Predators a 2-0 lead against the Kings at 13:17 of the second period. It was his 12th goal of the season.
