The forward's status will be determined based on how he feels after practice Friday and the morning skate Saturday. ... Senators coach D.J. Smith said Korpisalo, a goalie, is day to day and could not back up today. He made 37 saves in the Senators' 5-4 overtime win against the Detroit Red Wings on Thursday.
