NEW YORK -- New Jersey Devils defenseman Dalton Prout has been suspended for two games, without pay, for interference against Philadelphia Flyers defenseman Radko Gudas during NHL Game No. 1161 in Philadelphia on Saturday, April 1, the National Hockey League's Department of Player Safety announced today.
The incident occurred at 7:59 of the second period. Prout was assessed a major penalty for interference and game misconduct.
