New York sports teams continue to rally around the Rangers.
The New York Jets created a special video wishing the Rangers luck in the Eastern Conference Final against the Tampa Bay Lightning. Jets players waved rally towels and wished the Rangers luck on their way to practice. "Listen here, they need to beat the Lightning," Jets backup quarterback Mike White said in the Twitter video. "And they can win the Cup."
The video also cut to separate clips of linebacker C.J. Mosley and running back Michael Carter singing the Rangers goal song at Madison Square Garden during the Eastern Conference Second Round.
"I don't believe in luck," cornerback D.J. Reed said while running onto the practice field. "Go win." There is no quit in New York sports teams' support for the Rangers.
