ANAHEIM -- Ryan Lindgren scored two goals for the New York Rangers in a 4-1 win against the Anaheim Ducks at Honda Center on Saturday.

Mika Zibanejad and Jarred Tinordi also scored, and Alexandar Georgiev made 13 saves for the Rangers (23-9-4), who have won four of five. They lost 5-1 at the Vegas Golden Knights on Thursday.
"We played a real good solid game," Rangers coach Gerard Gallant said. "We got a lot more rubber to the net than we had in the past, so I'm pretty happy with that."
Anthony Stolarz made 36 saves for the Ducks (18-12-7), who were held to 14 shots on goal, including three in the last 22:18.
"We were just trying to look for the pretty play," Ducks forward Max Comtois said. "It's hard in this League to get shots through, but we've got to find a way. You can't win a hockey game with 14 shots."

NYR@ANA: Lindgren finds back of net with wrist shot

The Rangers blocked 13 shots, as many as Georgiev saved.
"They blocked a lot of shots," Comtois said. "That's to their credit, but we've got to do a better job of putting pucks to the net."
Tinordi took a shot from the left point that went off the stick blade of Jacob Perreault and into the Anaheim net for a 2-1 lead at 1:46 of the third period.
It was Tinordi's first goal with the Rangers and second NHL goal in his 108th game.
Lindgren scored his third of the season on a wrist shot through traffic just after a New York power play ended to give the Rangers a 3-1 lead at 10:02.
Lindgren got his first multi-goal NHL game when he scored into an empty net with 31 seconds left for the 4-1 final.
"It's extra special when guys that don't score often and do such a good job defensively, and may not get credit as much, get to score," Zibanejad said.
Troy Terry stole the puck from K'Andre Miller in the New York zone, spun and passed to Isac Lundestrom coming through the slot and he scored for a 1-0 Anaheim lead at 11:05.
"Terry made a really nice pass there behind the back," Lundestrom said. "I just tried to shoot it in the net."
The Rangers tied it 1-1 at 14:00 of the second.
Kaapo Kakko's backhand shot from the goal line hit the side of the net. He retrieved the puck and went behind the net before passing to Zibanejad on the other side. His shot went off the blade of Comtois' stick and through Stolarz's outstretched pads.
"We played a pretty good game all through 60 minutes," Zibanejad said. "That was a big difference."

NYR@ANA: Zibanejad deposits puck home off Stolarz

Stolarz made a difficult save on Zibanejad 26 seconds into the game. He also made five saves during a four-minute penalty kill after Ducks forward Trevor Zegras was called for a double-minor high-sticking penalty on Morgan Barron at 6:43 of the first period.
"When he goes in the pipes, he gives us a chance to win," Comtois said of Stolarz. "Again tonight, he made unbelievable saves, gave a chance to be in the hockey game and we just couldn't bury a couple for him."
