Columbus Blue Jackets

Jakub Voracek is not playing for the Blue Jackets against the Vegas Golden Knights on Sunday (7 p.m. ET; BSOH, ATTSN-RM, ESPN+, NHL LIVE) because of a left-knee injury.
The forward is day to day after he was kneed by Minnesota Wild forward Marcus Foligno at 19:04 of the third period in a 3-2 shootout win Friday.
Foligno was fined $5,000, the maximum allowable under the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Columbus is also without captain Boone Jenner, who's week to week with a lower-back injury. The forward leads the Blue Jackets in points (44) and goals (23).
Forward Patrik Laine is playing after he left Friday in overtime following a knee-on-knee collision with Wild defenseman Jonas Brodin.
Forwards Brendan Gaunce and Trey Fix-Wolansky will enter the lineup. Jack Roslovic moves from second-line center to first, and Max Domi goes from the third line to replace Voracek on the second.
"Certain guys are going to get opportunities, certain guys are going to get higher in the lineup, drawn into the lineup and in certain positions may get power-play time," coach Brad Larsen said.

Arizona Coyotes

Jakob Chychrun sustained a lower-body injury and was limited to 5:51 of playing time for the Coyotes in a 3-2 loss to the Boston Bruins on Saturday.
The defenseman collided with Bruins defenseman Derek Forbort. He took three shifts in the second period and none in third.
"(Coyotes head athletic trainer Dave Zenobi) thinks it won't be that long," coach Andre Tourigny said. "Hopefully day to day or something like that. I don't have the final say from the medical staff, but 'Z' was somehow positive. Hopefully he's right."
Chychrun scored four goals in his previous two games. He's been the subject of rumors approaching the 2022 NHL Trade Deadline on March 21. He turns 24 on March 31 and has three years remaining on a six-year contract he signed with the Coyotes on Nov. 13, 2018.
"I'm trying to be present with the guys and come to work every day and have fun and that's really all you can do," he said March 10. "It's been going on for a while and I haven't paid much attention to it. Whatever is going to happen is going to happen."

Los Angeles Kings

Forward Dustin Brown and defenseman Drew Doughty were placed on injured reserve and will not play for the Kings against the Florida Panthers on Sunday (10 p.m. ET; BSW, BSFL, ESPN+, NHL LIVE).
Brown sustained an upper-body injury during the second period of a 5-0 loss to the San Jose Sharks on Saturday. Coach Todd McLellan said after the game that Brown was expected to be out for an extended period.
Doughty has missed two games with an undisclosed injury and was placed on IR retroactive to March 7.
"Brown is serious, out for a while," McLellan said Sunday. "Doughty still day to day, we hope."
Also on injured reserve for the Kings are forwards Andreas Athanasiou (undisclosed), Viktor Arvidsson (lower body) and Brendan Lemieux (lower body), and defensemen Alexander Edler (ankle) and Mikey Anderson (upper body).
"[Arvidsson is] feeling better, but he's not flying around in practice I guess is probably the best way of putting it," McLellan said. "So it's gonna be a little while before he's back in the lineup."
Brown has scored 25 points (eight goals, 17 assists) in 57 games. Doughty has scored 31 points (seven goals, 24 assists) in 39 games, and leads the Kings in average ice time per game with 25:44.
Defenseman Austin Strand and forwards Martin Frk and Gabriel Vilardi were recalled from Ontario of the American Hockey League. Forward Jaret Anderson-Dolan was sent to Ontario.

Edmonton Oilers

Josh Archibald had three hits and a fighting major in 6:26 in his season debut for the Oilers, a 4-1 win against the Tampa Bay Lightning at Rogers Place on Saturday.
The forward was out with myocarditis, an inflammation of the heart muscle, after contracting COVID-19 in the offseason. He is unvaccinated and is not allowed to travel with the Oilers to games in the United States.
"I've been welcomed with open arms, so it's good to be back," Archibald said Saturday. "It's a little different being it mid- to end-season now, but for me, I treat every game the same and I think that's what I have to do tonight; treat it as a hockey game and go out and play."
Archibald scored 13 points (seven goals, six assists) and had 37 penalty minutes in 52 games last season.
"I'm excited for what he can bring to the table for our team tonight," Oilers coach Jay Woodcroft said. "Obviously he skates really well, he gets in on the forecheck, he's a good penalty killer. He has experience in this league on good teams and I know he's really excited to play tonight, so I'm looking forward to watching him play."
