VIENNA, Va. & NEW YORK -- Navy Federal Credit Union and the National Hockey League (NHL®) today announced a multiyear extension of their U.S. partnership that includes Navy Federal maintaining its status as the Official Military Appreciation Partner of the NHL®. The partnership focuses on recognizing and supporting veterans, active-duty service members and their families at NHL tentpole events, in broadcast and across the NHL's digital and social platforms.

As the Official Military Appreciation Partner of the NHL, Navy Federal will serve as the presenting sponsor of the NHL Veterans Appreciation Night game broadcast between the Arizona Coyotes and Minnesota Wild on Wednesday, Nov. 10 at 10 p.m. ET on TNT.
Navy Federal is also the presenting sponsor of the 2022 NHL Stadium Series™ game. The 2022 Navy Federal Credit Union NHL Stadium Series™ will take place Feb. 26, 2022 at the home of the National Football League's Tennessee Titans, Nissan Stadium, in Nashville, Tenn., where the Nashville Predators will play host to the two-time defending Stanley Cup® champion Tampa Bay Lightning. The game will start at 7:30 p.m. ET/6:30 p.m. CT and be televised on TNT, Sportsnet and TVA Sports. Coinciding with the 2022 Navy Federal Credit Union NHL Stadium Series™, Navy Federal will once again be hosting their Veterans Showcase, a tournament comprised of veteran hockey teams that will compete in Nashville.
As part of this partnership, the NHL and Navy Federal will continue Stick Tap for Service™, a program to acknowledge and reward the outstanding community service of hockey fans and military members.

Navy Federal branding will also be integrated into additional League assets throughout the 2021-22 season, including dasherboards, tentpole events and digital media. Navy Federal became an official NHL partner in 2018.
