NHL.com asked 61 of the League's top players for their opinions at the NHL European and North American Player Media Tours on topics surrounding the game and its players. The fourth installment of a series that will run each Friday for the next several weeks focuses on the favorite jersey for each of the respondents.

Halloween may have just passed, but when players want to dress in their favorite jersey it seems the Chicago Blackhawks sweater is the overwhelming choice.
The Blackhawks jersey received 17 of the 59 votes cast by a select group of NHL players. Two players abstained from voting.
The Toronto Maple Leafs, another Original Six team, received five votes. Two additional Original Six teams, the New York Rangers and the Montreal Canadiens, were among five teams to receive three votes. The Arizona Coyotes, the Anaheim Ducks and the Vancouver Canucks were the others.
The choice of a favorite NHL jersey clearly is a personal preference as 23 of the 31 NHL teams received at least one vote from the panel.
But the various Chicago jerseys carried the day.
"Blackhawks, hands down," said Chicago captain Jonathan Toews.

Yes, Toews is partial, and he should be, but others aren't.
"Growing up I had Colorado and Detroit, my two favorite teams, but Chicago is [a] pretty good [jersey]," Pittsburgh Penguins forward Evgeni Malkin said. "I love Pittsburgh, but if you say second one, it's Chicago."
But which one?
"Home red," Edmonton Oilers captain Connor McDavid said. New Jersey Devils forward Taylor Hall and Vegas Golden Knights goalie Marc-Andre Fleury also specifically mentioned the red sweater. For Philadelphia Flyers forward Claude Giroux, it's the black third-jersey that stands out.
The Coyotes' black Kachina third jersey also was lauded, specifically by Edmonton Oilers forward Tobias Rieder.
"I know I am being specific, but I love it," he said.

Sometimes it was the color of the jersey that made the biggest impression.
Tyler Toffoli, a forward with the Los Angeles Kings, cited the Philadelphia Flyers home jersey.
"The orange just pops," he said.
For Nashville Predators forward Ryan Johansen, who was born in Vancouver, it's the black in the old Canucks uniforms.
"It's just sick," he said.
For others it is simplicity and exposure that informed their decisions.
Boston Bruins defenseman Charlie McAvoy said he loves the New York Rangers' jersey. Not a surprise, as he grew up a Rangers fan in Long Beach, New York.
"Just so clean," he said.

Vegas forward Pierre-Edouard Bellemare was one of the three players to pick the Canadiens jersey.
Why?
"It's imprinted on our brains from the time we were kids," said Bellemare, who grew up in France and played professionally in Sweden for several years before coming to the NHL in 2014.
Bellemare, though, will be happy to know that the Golden Knights jersey is gaining traction despite it being around for two seasons.
"Vegas has got a good-looking sweater," Rangers forward Chris Kreider said. "It's got all the details."
