The Stanley Cup took a break from its summer vacation to make a pit stop back in Nevada.Lord Stanley and Nicolas Hague made a surprise visit at Henderson City Hall on Thursday.The Vegas Golden Knights defenseman walked into City Hall wearing his jersey and the Cup lifted over this head.Hague then posed for pictures and signed autographs for the city staff.Henderson is located just 16 miles southeast of downtown Las Vegas.Hague will have to wait a month until his day with the Cup, but there's nothing wrong with squeezing some extra time with Stanley now.
