SUNRISE, Fla. --The Florida Panthers had their record eight-game home winning streak end with a 5-3 loss against the Ottawa Senators at BB&T Center on Monday.
Jonathan Huberdeau had a goal and an assist, and Roberto Luongo made 20 saves for the Panthers (34-26-7), who are three points behind the New Jersey Devils for the second wild card into the Stanley Cup Playoffs from the Eastern Conference with two games in hand, and four points behind the Columbus Blue Jackets for the first wild card with three games in hand.
