"[Jagr is] great. He's really good. He's a great player, obviously," Panthers coach Tom Rowe said. "He's going to be in the Hall of Fame someday when his career's over, whenever that is. He's just a great guy. I've said it all year, his preparation is unbelievable, and our young guys have benefited from it, watching how he prepares. It's rubbed off on a lot of those guys too."
Jagr, who turned 45 Wednesday, has 759 goals and 1,141 assists in 1,684 NHL games, and has 32 points (10 goals) in 55 games this season.
Jagr had 1,079 points with the Pittsburgh Penguins. He scored with seven other NHL teams: New York Rangers (319), Washington Capitals (201), Panthers (116), New Jersey Devils (96), Philadelphia Flyers (54), Dallas Stars (26) and Bruins (nine).
Jagr had 146 points in three seasons playing in Kontinental Hockey League from 2008-11. He had 67 points in European leagues during the 2004-05 season and a combined 68 points prior to the shortened 1994-95 and 2012-13 NHL seasons.
