New Jersey Devils goaltender Cory Schneider will make his 27th start. He has allowed four or more goals in eight of his past 12 games (3-6-3) and is 3-6-1 with a 2.18 goals-against average and .927 save percentage in 10 games against the Penguins. The Devils play six of their next eight at home, where they are 9-2-2. New Jersey has lost eight of its past nine games (1-7-1). "It was nice to have a couple days away from the rink, both mentally and physically, to get refreshed," Devils coach John Hynes said. "Now we need to get back to playing hockey we know we can play and that allows us to win some games." Forward Michael Cammalleri, who has five points (three goals, two assists) in his past four games against the Penguins, has 99 points (50 goals, 49 assists) in 138 games with the Devils. Defensemen have scored 10 of New Jersey's 49 goals over the past 20 games. Left wing Taylor Hall has no goals and three assists in the past eight games. "We have to do a better job at containing [the Penguins] speed, and by that I mean making them play in their own end and making them stop," Hall said. "If they're able to come out of their own end with not having to spend any time there and break out easily, they're going to get offense all night because they have skill on all three lines and that's hard to defend."
