What a time to be alive.
The Nashville Predators went full-on 2018 when trying to find out if they won the Presidents' Trophy. One of them whipped out a smartphone.

After a
4-3 road win against the Washington Capitals
locked up the top seed in the Western Conference for the Predators on Thursday, some players gathered around a live stream of the Florida Panthers-Boston Bruins game.

The Panthers defeated the Bruins 3-2. Afterward, the Predators shared a few subdued high-fives and probably hooked that phone back up to its charger.
