Rangers throw humorous head fake on revealing 2018 Winter Classic jerseys

Are you excited to see the New York Rangers jerseys for the 2018 Bridgestone NHL Winter Classic?

Well, keep on waiting.
The Rangers teased their fans a little with a fake jersey reveal on Twitter on Monday.
During the bit, longtime Rangers equipment manager Cass Marques, who has
worked over 1,500 games with the team
, introduces himself and says he is excited to reveal the jerseys.

"As a matter of fact I have it right here," Marques says.
As he looks down and appears to hold up a jersey, a clothing rack goes by obstructing the view, a gag right out of an Austin Powers movie.
"Wow! Look at the color," Marques deadpans.
Sorry guys, we are all going to have to wait a little longer.
