The Ottawa Senators selected Lehner in the second round (No. 46) of the 2009 NHL Draft and traded him to the Sabres on June 26, 2015. Lehner is 72-97-35 with a 2.82 GAA, a .915 save percentage and eight shutouts in 219 NHL games (205 starts) with the Sabres and Senators, and is 0-1 with a 2.45 GAA and .920 save percentage in two Stanley Cup Playoff games.
