NEW YORK -- Vegas Golden Knights forward Ryan Reaves has been fined $2,500 for high-sticking San Jose Sharks forward Joe Thornton during NHL Game No. 1211 in San Jose on Saturday, March 30, the National Hockey League's Department of Player Safety announced today.

The incident occurred at 16:10 of the third period.
The money goes to the Players' Emergency Assistance Fund.
