Brent Burns will always have a special place in San Jose Sharks fans' hearts.
The veteran defenseman was honored by the Sharks with a special video tribute before their game against the Carolina Hurricanes at the SAP Center on Friday. It was Burn's first game back in San Jose since being traded to the Hurricanes in July. The video included highlights and funny moments with teammates as a member of the Sharks.
Sharks fans gave Burns a standing ovation and he saluted the crowd after the video aired.
