Ovechkin's wife jumps for joy to celebrate his 600th goal
Spouse of Capitals forward gleeful after milestone

The sports world bowed for Alex Ovechkin on Monday, but no one celebrated better than his wife.
Nastya Ovechkina leaped out of her seat and jumped for joy after Ovechkin became the 20th player in NHL history to score 600 goals. He did so during the second period of Washington Capitals game against the WInnipeg Jets on Monday. While Ovechkin was celebrating his milestone on the ice, Nastya and Dmitry Orlov's wife Varvara gleefully jumped up and down in their seats after the milestone goal. And they didn't even appear to spill their popcorn. Ovechkina also took to Instagram for a lengthy congratualtory post for her husand. The Capitals shared a video montage of Ovechkin's best goals at the next stoppage in play, which whipped the crowd into a frenzy and drew cheers from both benches.
Many luminaries from across the entertainment landscape cheered Ovechkin, including his former teammate Brooks Laich and legendary television news host Larry King.
