Blues place Paul Stastny on injured reserve

St. Louis forward sidelined with upper-body injury

The St. Louis Blues placed forward Paul Stastny on injured reserve Thursday with an upper-body injury.
It's unclear how much time Stastny will miss. He has seven goals and 17 points in 34 games this season, including an assist in a 3-2 overtime win against the Dallas Stars on Tuesday. He took a couple of shifts in the third period against Dallas before sitting out the rest of the game.

The Blues recalled forward Wade Megan from Chicago of the American Hockey League. They play at the Tampa Bay Lightning on Thursday (7:30 p.m. ET; SUN, FS-MW, NHL.TV).
