Best moment: For Murray it came early in the third period, with the Penguins nursing a 1-0 lead. Pittsburgh defenseman Ian Cole gave the puck away in the defensive zone, leading to a shot from between the hash marks by Brian Boyle. Murray made the save but left a rebound, which he was prone to doing in Game 3, but recovered in time to make the next save on Lightning forward JT Brown. He held onto the puck at 4:15 of the period to allow the Penguins to hold onto their lead. They were his 20th and 21st saves of the game.
For Vasilevskiy, it came on a breakaway chance for Penguins right wing Phil Kessel at 12:22 of the second period. Kessel got free and tried a snap shot from the right circle. Vasilevskiy, who played it above his blue paint, must have either read that Kessel was looking to shoot for the far side, his blocker side, or simply trusted his instincts, because he moved to his right at the last second and the puck hit him in the chest. Had Vasilevskiy stayed stationary, Kessel might have found a hole. Had Vasilevskiy moved too far to his right, Kessel might have scored on the glove side.
