Jeannot fined $2,000 for kneeing in Predators game

NEW YORK - Nashville Predators forward Tanner Jeannot has been fined $2,000, the maximum allowable under the Collective Bargaining Agreement, for kneeing Ottawa Senators forward Brady Tkachuk during NHL Game No. 1064 in Nashville on Tuesday, March 29, the National Hockey League's Department of Player Safety announced today.

The incident occurred at 1:12 of the third period. Jeannot was assessed a minor penalty for tripping.
The money goes to the Players' Emergency Assistance Fund.
