Hurricanes jarvis tees

The Carolina Hurricanes kicked off their season celebrating Seth Jarvis getting his bag.

The Hurricanes wore custom Jarvis T-shirts in honor of his new contract as they arrived at their first day of training camp in Raleigh on Thursday.

A picture of Jarvis hugging a bag of money are featured on the shirts.

The Hurricanes forward signed a new eight-year, $63.2 million contract with the team on Aug. 31.

He sported the same custom shirt during a press conference after the signing.

Jarvis is entering his fourth season with the Hurricanes. He has recorded 146 points (64 goals, 82 assists) in 231 games and 27 points (13 goals, 14 assists) in 40 playoff games.
