Young stars fan

The Dallas Stars brightened a young fan’s day on Thursday.

Carson, a young kid from Ottawa, was granted his wish of spending the day with the Stars as part of the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

The adorable fan started his day watching Dallas’ morning skate. He chatted with some of the players including forward Jason Robertson and goalie Scott Wedgewood.

After practice, Carson hung out with forward Joe Pavelski and got one of his hockey cards signed by the veteran.

Before the Stars game against the Colorado Avalanche, defenseman Miro Heiskanen gifted the young fan his own custom jersey. The two posed for a picture in the locker room.

To top off the night, Carson watched warmups from the Stars bench and gave out fist bumps to the players.

On Friday, Carson laced up his skates and joined the Stars at practice.

The young star showed off his hockey and celebration skills to his new teammates.

After practice, Carson met with the media in the Stars locker room.

Talk about a stellar couple of days.
