Sharks mascot falls to Canadiens goalie Montembeault in Rock, Paper, Scissors

SJ Sharkie learned an important lesson: Never go up against a goalie when one of the options is to completely stone you.

The San Jose Sharks mascot decided to engage Montreal Canadiens goalie Sam Montembeault in a friendly game of Rock, Paper, Scissors.

The result was disappointing for the furry fish, if not predictable.

In a video shared on social media by the mascot, two rounds are played. Montembeault throws rock to Sharkie's scissors, but it seems the mascot protests the timing of the shot.

In the rematch, Montembeault is victorious again, with rock again beating scissors.

SJ Sharkie could only hang its head and hit the road.

The other lesson is, if you want to beat a goalie don't try the same move on back-to-back attempts.
