Terry had 61 points (23 goals, 38 assists) in 70 games for Anaheim last season.
Terry, who set NHL career highs in goals (37) and points (67) in 2021-22, played in the NHL All-Star Game each of the past two seasons.
Selected by the Ducks in the fifth round (No. 148) of the 2015 NHL Draft, Terry has 176 points (75 goals, 101 assists) in 274 regular-season games.
