Hansen injury

Vancouver Canucks forward Jannik Hansen will miss 4-6 weeks because of a knee injury.

Hansen, 30, was injured when he was hit by Winnipeg Jets forward Mathieu Perreault in the second period of a 4-1 loss on Dec. 22. He tried to stay in the game but pulled up favoring his right leg shortly into his following shift.
Hansen had been playing on Vancouver's first line with Henrik Sedin and Daniel Sedin, and had three goals in two games prior to the injury.
He has nine points (five goals, four assists) in 18 games this season and had returned to the lineup on Dec. 11 after missing a month with a fractured rib.
