The Vegas Golden Knights center will replace Seattle Kraken center Matty Beniers, who is unable to participate because of an injury.
Stephenson, who will be making his first All-Star appearance, leads the Golden Knights in assists (33) and points (44) in 51 games.
He will join Vegas teammate Logan Thompson, a goalie, on the Pacific roster, which will be coached by Golden Knights coach Bruce Cassidy.

The 2023 Honda NHL All-Star Game will take place at FLA Live Arena in Sunrise, Florida, on Saturday (3 p.m. ET; ABC, ESPN+, CBC, SN, TVAS).
On Friday, center Aleksander Barkov of the Florida Panthers was added to the Atlantic Division roster, replacing Toronto Maple Leafs center Auston Matthews, who has a knee sprain.
The All-Star Game will feature a three-game tournament, played in a 3-on-3 format and showcasing teams from each NHL division. Each of the four teams will include nine skaters and two goalies.
The Pacific will play the Central Division in the first All-Star Game semifinal, followed by the Atlantic taking on the Metropolitan Division.
The 2023 NHL All-Star Skills presented by DraftKings Sportsbook will take place Feb. 3 (7 p.m. ET, ESPN, ESPN+, SN, TVAS).
