That end-of-the-season, paint-the-ice party hits different when you are the Stanley Cup champions.
The Vegas Golden Knights let season ticket holders hit the ice this week - a regular tradition among many NHL teams - to paint up anything they wanted in tribute to the 2023 champs.
The team shared pictures of the finished product on social media.
Thank you to every season ticket member who helped #CoatTheFortress 🤩

The amateur ice artists painted everything from thank you messages to their names to famous team rallying cries like "Cup in Six," "Misfits" and "Win City."
Fans also painted likenesses of the Cup, team mascot Chance, flamingos and a multitude of other emojis and symbols to convey the love for their team.
