Malcolm Subban mask

Malcolm Subban debuted a new mask in his return to practice Wednesday.

The Vegas Golden Knights goalie, who has not played since sustaining a groin injury on Oct. 21, unveiled his new Las Vegas-themed helmet Wednesday.

Subban's new mask is black, gold and red and features the words "Vegas Strong" across the top, along with other prominent local landmarks like the palm trees, the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign and Las Vegas Observation Wheel. It also has the Golden Knights logo as a hologram in the background and the team's secondary logo on each side.
Subban wore a all-white mask in three games after the Golden Knights claimed him off waivers from the Boston Bruins on Oct. 3.
