Ovi pup

The Washington Capitals have a new addition to the roster and he plays ruff.

Biscuit, a chocolate lab who will be co-raised with the help of non-profit group America's VetDogs, is the team's new service dog in training for this season and he met the team on Monday.
The results were adorable and captured on video shared to Biscuit's account.

Clad in a red home Capitals jersey and waiting on a dog bed inside a mock rink, Biscuit got a visit from captain Alex Ovechkin, defenseman John Carlson, forwards Tom Wilson and T.J. Oshie and plenty more. Even Slapshot, the team's mascot, got in on the fun.
Biscuit takes over the team pup role from Captain, who did 17 months with the team but
finished in February
before moving on for additional training and, eventually being placed with a veteran in need.
So far, Biscuit is a hit, especially with Ovechkin, who got a big smooch from Biscuit at the end of the video.
